The documents contained here are in ‘open’ formats (e.g. .docx or .pptx).
This will allow you to make changes to the material in order to better suit the needs of your program/faculty. For example, you may add articles you find relevant to the “Suggested Reading List,” or you may choose to alter the “Feedback and Coaching Slides” to suit your presentation style.
However, we do recommend preserving as much of the original material in the resources as possible since they contain key messages that are important to implementing a culture of feedback and coaching. In other words, we recommend making additions to, rather than subtractions from the original material.
With this in mind, we suggest reviewing the materials below to determine what your program/faculty may benefit from, then feel free to distribute.
Editing for the educational materials can be done in Microsoft Word or Powerpoint.
